How to use the Meditation Timer
1. Move the hand in the clock on the left to set the minutes.
2. Click on the musical note symbol and choose your music.
3. Click Begin and enjoy!
4. Bookmark this page so that you can get back here to enjoy a few minutes of meditation each day!
I also use the timer when I am sending distance Reiki…so you can use it for whatever you like!
I hope you are enjoying the free meditation timer tool! I use it daily whenever I need to center myself or release stress. It works wonders for my peace of mind and my energy levels.

Hi, I was trying to use your meditation timer but I can not hear the music. I had someone check my computer and they said that everything appeared to be in working order. I would love to use this tool and wondered if perhaps you can suggest something that would work for me. Thanks NAMASTE

Not sure what’s wrong. I’m using the timer now and the music is playing just fine.
Maybe there was a glitch in your Internet connection or your speakers were on the fritz when you tried it?
Absolutely love this. Thank you for allowing it to be shared by all. I’m just starting out as a Reiki channel/practioner and have been looking for something to use as a calming background when I’m practising on my willing volunteers.
