I make fruit smoothies every morning for breakfast which are especially delicious with all the fresh fruit available during the summer season. My favorite mix is blueberries, strawberries, bananas, hemp protein, various liquid vitamins/minerals and a dash of cinnamon, stevia and Reiki thrown in! Nummy! It’s get my engine going ;o)

I use the ChoKuRei symbol to charge my morning smoothie and it gives me the same boost as caffeine. At night, I’ll use the SeiHeiKi symbol on my tea to help relax and wind down. I truly feel blessed to have the ability to play with Universal Life Force Energy!

The ChoKuRei symbol is the first of the symbols used in Second Degree Reiki. It’s often called the power symbol and is like turning the lights on. It’s basically saying put the energy here. I love the buzzing I get in my palms when I use the ChoKuRei!

I’ve created 10 different colors of the ChoKuRei symbol for you to use on your blog or website. They are metallic looking and kinda cool, or at least I think so I hope you like them! They should work well on any background as they are .png files and have a transparent background.
